Hey y’all. Listen, I don’t know how you landed here, but I’m glad you did. I’ve been feeling this pull on my heart to start this blog for years now, and, well… here I am. This ain’t gonna be polished or perfect, but if you know me, you know that’s not my style anyway. I’m just here to share the real stuff—the good, the bad, and the downright messy.
And just when I thought I had my hands full, life hit me with something I didn’t see coming. A few weeks ago, I was diagnosed with liver failure. Just a few days before Christmas 2025.
This blog is gonna be a mix of real-life stories, plenty of laughs, and probably a few moments that’ll make you go, ‘Bless her heart.’ I’m gonna share the lessons I’m learning—like how to trust God when you’d rather just handle it yourself. We’ll talk about what it means to heal, to let go, and to keep showing up when life feels like it’s just too much.
We’ll also get into the fun stuff—like ranch life bloopers (because there’s always a horse with too much personality or my crazy Belgian Malinois causing chaos), my attempts at cooking from scratch and keeping it healthy (because biscuits and gravy are off the menu now, y’all), and the madness that comes with being a mom, a rancher, and a mortgage broker who’s also just trying to keep it all together.
Basically, this is a space where we’re all gonna laugh, cry, and figure it out together. You’re not gonna get perfect advice or Instagram-worthy moments here, but you will get the real me—a hot mess who loves Jesus, her son, her animals, and a good homemade meal that actually makes her feel better, not worse.
